¼ cup Land O Lakes Butter with Olive Oil and Sea Salt, melted, divided g
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour g
1 ½ cups milk, at room temperature g
4 Land O Lakes Eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten g
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives g
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill weed g
½ teaspoon salt g
¼ tablespoon Land O Lakes Butter with Canola Oil (Optional) g

Instructions

Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Brush a 12-cup popover pan with 1 tablespoon melted olive oil butter. Heat pan in the oven, 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine remaining 3 tablespoons olive oil butter, flour, milk, eggs, chives, dill, and salt in a bowl; mix well. Pour batter into the preheated prepared popover cups, filling each about half full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. (Do not open the oven door during baking.)

Remove from the oven; poke top of each popover with a sharp knife to release steam. Serve warm with canola oil butter.
