1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, or to taste g
6 (8 inch) flour tortillas, warmed g
1 small red onion, finely chopped g
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped g
½ cup shredded lettuce g
¼ cup salsa g

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease or line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.

Rinse tilapia and pat dry. Rub all sides with Cajun seasoning. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
