2 tablespoons olive oil g
1 onion, sliced g
1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, sliced g
1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips g
1 (28 ounce) jar pasta sauce g
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes g
½ cup dry white wine g
2 large cloves garlic, minced g
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning g
½ teaspoon dried basil g
4 slices mozzarella cheese g

Instructions

Brown chops on both sides in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Transfer to a slow cooker.

Heat olive oil in the same skillet over medium heat. Cook onion in hot oil until browned. Stir in mushrooms and bell pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are soft. Stir in pasta sauce, diced tomatoes, and white wine. Season with garlic, Italian seasoning, and basil. Pour sauce over pork chops in the slow cooker.
