1 pound vermicelli pasta g
1 pound cooked shrimp g
2 stalks celery, chopped g
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley g
1 clove garlic, crushed g
1 teaspoon dried thyme g
1 cup mayonnaise g
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese g
salt and pepper to taste g

Instructions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

Toss cooled pasta with cooked shrimp, celery, parsley, garlic, thyme, mayonnaise, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Chill before serving.
