½ cup diced onion g
1 tablespoon minced garlic g
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning g
1 (48 fluid ounce) can chicken broth g
1 large carrot, sliced g
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach g
¼ cup uncooked pearl barley g

Instructions

Cook sausage, onion, and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until the sausage is evenly brown. Season with Italian seasoning. Remove from heat and drain.
