3 cups skim or 1% milk g
2 tablespoons honey g
2 tablespoons brown sugar g
1 teaspoon vanilla extract g
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon g
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg g
¼ teaspoon salt g
3 bananas, divided g
3 cups (750 mL) Large Flake Quaker® Oats g
¼ cup chopped toasted pecans g
1 cup Plain or vanilla non-fat yogurt g

Instructions

Stir together milk, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; stir in oats. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Mash two bananas and stir into oatmeal. Slice remaining banana. Divide oatmeal evenly among bowls or small Mason jars; top with sliced banana, pecans, and yogurt (if using).
