Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C).

Combine pumpkin purée, milk, sugar, eggs, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cloves in a large bowl; mix with an electric mixer until smooth. Pour evenly into pie shells.
