3 tablespoons canola or olive oil g
⅓ cup Splenda or sugar g
1 medium apple, peeled and chopped g
¾ cup dried cranberries or raisins g
½ cup walnut pieces g
1 cup whole wheat flour g
1 cup quick-cooking oats g
¼ teaspoon salt g
1 tablespoon baking powder g
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg g
