1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni g
¾ cup mayonnaise g
½ cup diced celery g
¼ cup sweet pickle relish g
2 ounces cooked salad shrimp g
2 tablespoons ketchup g
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar g
1 tablespoon minced onion g
1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper g
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley g
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish g
½ teaspoon celery seed g
¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce g
⅛ teaspoon chili powder g
salt and ground black pepper to taste g

Instructions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain well.

Combine mayonnaise, celery, relish, shrimp, ketchup, vinegar, onion, bell pepper, parsley, horseradish, celery seed, hot pepper sauce, chili powder, salt, and black pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Fold macaroni into mixture. Cover and chill at least 3 hours before serving.
