1 small sweet onion, diced g
3 large hard-cooked eggs, chopped g
½ cup diced celery g
¼ cup chopped sweet pickles g
salt and ground black pepper to taste g
1 cup mayonnaise g
⅓ cup sweet pickle juice g
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard g

Instructions

Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain.
