2 cups dry small elbow macaroni g
¾ cup chopped celery g
¼ cup chopped sweet onion g
1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained g
1 medium sweet gherkin pickle, diced g
¾ cup creamy salad dressing g
⅓ cup white sugar g
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar g
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard g
1 teaspoon salt g
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped g

Instructions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
