1 (8 ounce) container extra-firm tofu, drained and cut into large chunks g
10 large mushrooms g
1 zucchini, cut into large chunks g
1 red bell pepper, cut into large chunks g
¼ cup soy sauce g
¼ cup diced onion g
2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce g
2 tablespoons sesame oil g
1 jalapeño chile pepper, diced g
ground black pepper to taste g

Instructions

Place tofu, mushrooms, zucchini, and bell pepper in a bowl. Combine soy sauce, onion, Sriracha, sesame oil, jalapeño, and black pepper in a small bowl; pour over tofu-vegetable mixture and toss lightly to coat. Cover the bowl; marinate tofu and vegetables in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.

Thread tofu and vegetables onto skewers; reserve marinade.
