½ cup vegetable broth g
2 tablespoons soy sauce g
3 cloves garlic, minced g
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes g
1 red bell pepper, chopped g
2 green onions, chopped g
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro g

Instructions

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Rinse and drain. Set aside.
