1 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese g
1 cup olive oil g
⅔ cup pine nuts (Optional) g
6 cloves garlic, minced g
salt and ground black pepper to taste g

Instructions

Combine basil, cheese, and olive oil in a food processor. Pulse to combine. Add pine nuts, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pulse until mixture is smooth and blended.
